Restore America's Estuaries (RAE) 5th National Conference in Galveston, Texas, will host the most expansive
exhibition hall of any conference in the coastal restoration sector. The 2010 exhibition hall at the
Galveston Island Convention Center will showcase the latest science, technology, products, and services
in the coastal and estuarine habitat community. The 5th National Conference is a "must-attend" event on the
coastal restoration calendar. We expect more than 1,000 attendees, and 150 organizations, corporations,
agencies, and groups to exhibit.

The Conference Expo Hall will ensure exhibitors maximum interaction with more than 1,000 Conference participants
and guests. As in past years, reservations are first-come, first-served. Book early to secure your spot inside the
Galveston Convention Center's 40,000-square-foot exhibition and poster hall. Major attractions in the hall include:

Standard exhibitors ($1,000-level) receive the following benefits:
  • 8' x 10'exhibit booth space in the expo-poster hall
  • 1 (one) discounted Conference registration at the $395 early-bird rate
  • Exhibitor listing in the Conference program
If you are a standard exhibitor ($1,000) PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS $1,000 FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE
REQUIRED INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FEE. Again, an exhibitor may register at the special $395 Early-Bird Rate.

Exhibit staff and booth attendees must also register for the Conference.

GALVESTON CONVENTION CENTER FLOOR PLAN AND BOOTH SPACE:

Exhibitor booth assignments in the Expo-Poster Hall will be made in August and September 2010 by sponsorship level.
Lead sponsors will select first, then sponsors, patrons, benefactors, supporters, and exhibitors. Restore America's
Estuaries staff will contact each sponsor personally to reserve booth placement and answer any questions.
