Until 1993, Mr. Clark served as Director of the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council's Agency on Bay Management, an alliance of agencies charged with protecting the Bay. Mr. Clark has a BS in Marine Biology and over fifty professional publications on natural resource restoration, water quality and environmental planning. Mr. Clark also initiated the nomination, which ultimately led to the designation, of Tampa Bay into the EPA's National Estuary Program. Mr. Clark holds a US Coast Guard Captains License, received the Outstanding Environmentalist of the Year award from the Florida Marine Research Institute Environmental Excellence Awards program in 1994, and the NOAA Fisheries / American Fisheries Society Nancy Foster Habitat Conservation Award in 2005.
Donald StraitVice Chair
Don Strait has been Executive Director of Connecticut Fund for the Environment since 1992, and was Legal Director from 1990 to 1992. In 2004, Don guided the organization's merger with Save the Sound. He has served on the Restore America’s Estuaries Board since 2005 and currently serves as the Treasurer. Prior to joining CFE, Don was a staff attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council in New York. Don was one of the co-founders of the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters. He serves on the board of directors of Restore America's Estuaries, based in Washington, D.C., and the Greenwich Land Trust. He is a graduate of Amherst College (B.A. 1981) and Harvard Law School (J.D. 1985). Steven PeyronninSecretaryExecutive Director of the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana
Steven Peyronnin is the Executive Director for the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana. The Coalition is a statewide advocacy organization focusing on coastal policy and public affairs issues related to the protection and restoration of a sustainable coastal Louisiana. He serves on the Coastal Wetlands Planning Protection and Restoration Act Outreach Committee and the America’s Energy Coast Ecosystem Vulnerability Task Force. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for Restore America’s Estuaries for over a year. Jonathan StoneTreasurerExecutive Director of Save The Bay - Narragansett Bay Jonathan Stone became Save The Bay’s fourth Executive Director in January of 2009. Stone w Stone is a Brown University graduate who holds an MBA from Harvard University. Growing up on Buzzard’s Bay, he fished and swam and witnessed many of the changes in the ecosystem that are similar to those faced in Narragansett Bay. He has been a member of Save The Bay for 19 years and has participated in three Bay Swims.
Tim Dillingham
Tim Dillingham has been the Executive Director of the American Littoral Society since 2003. He brings more than 20 years of experience in coastal management and policy development gained in government agencies and non-profit organizations, and a passion for the coast—a relationship developed since his boyhood growing up on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. Tim began his career as a defender of the coast in Rhode Island, as a consultant to the state’s Coastal Management Council and continued as a senior policy analyst for the state. During his years in Rhode Island, he also spent some time as an Environmental Planner for The Nature Conservancy. Tim began his work in New Jersey as Director of the New Jersey Chapter of the Sierra Club, after which he assume the Executive Director post at the newly formed Highlands Coalition. In 2003, he joined the American Littoral Society, first as Assistant Director and soon afterward as Executive Director. Since then he has focused on laying the groundwork to continue the Society’s more than 40 years of successful advocacy, education, and conservation in the 21st century. He holds a Master of Arts in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Steve Dubiel Executive Director of EarthCorps Steve has served as Executive Director of EarthCorps since 199. Steve previously worked at Washington, DC, as well as nonprofit management experience including work with outdoor education program and youth-based social service agencies. Under Steve's, EarthCorps expanded corps programming, developed youth programs, and launched our volunteer program through dozens of partnerships with government, nonprofits, and businesses. EarthCorps now leads up to 15,000 volunteers annually and has corps program alumni in more than states and 80 countries. Steve has an MBA and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, and the Executive Nonprofit Leadership Institute at University of Washington's Nancy Bell Evans Center on Nonprofits & Philanthropy. Steve has served on local, regional, and national boards including The Corps Network, EarthShare Washington, Environmental Education Association of Washington, and Mount Baker Country Club as well as numerous steering and advisory committees.
David Lewis
David Lewis has served as Executive Director of Save The Bay since 1998. A native of the Bay Area, he organized legislative and issue campaigns for 14 years from Washington, DC. David previously was Senior Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Carl Levin and Chief Operations Officer for the League of Conservation Voters. He was born and raised in Palo Alto and holds a B.A. in Politics and American Studies from Princeton University.
Todd MillerExecutive Director of North Carolina Coastal Federation
Todd Miller founded the North Carolina Coastal Federation in 1982. As Executive Director, Todd formulates policy positions, serves as NCCF's spokesperson and provides staff and operations oversight. He is a coastal North Carolina native and holds a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill. He received the Southern Environmental Law Center's Southern Environmental Leadership Award in 2000. Todd is one of the founding board members of Restore America Estuaries, serving as Chair and Treasurer. Peter ShelleySenior Counsel of Conservation Law Foundation
Peter Shelley is Senior Counsel at CLF Massachusetts. Until 2010, Peter served as Vice President and Director of CLF Massachusetts. He was awarded a Pew Fellowship in Conservation and the Environment in 1996 and the David B Stone Medal by the New England Aquarium in 2003. Before CLF, Peter served for five years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources. Peter has a BA from Hobart College and received his JD with honors from Suffolk University Law School. He currently serves on the Board of Restore America’s Estuaries. Bob StokesPresident of Galveston Bay Foundation
Bob Stokes practiced law for ten years before he joined the Galveston Bay Foundation as President in June, 2004. Bob is a 1990 graduate of Yale University and a 1994 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. Bob had served on the board of the Foundation for five years prior to taking over as President and had served as the board’s chair for the previous two years. Bob has also served on the Houston Wilderness Board of Directors since 2004 and on the Governing Board of Earth Share of Texas beginning in 2007. Bob joined the Restore America’s Estuaries Board of Directors in June 2004. He served as Secretary from 2006 to 2007 and as Chair from 2007 to March 2009.

Peter A. Clark is the founder and Executive Director of Tampa Bay Watch, a non-profit environmental stewardship program established in 1993 to restore and protect the Tampa Bay estuary using community volunteers. Under his watch, the organization has coordinated more than 30,000 volunteers, installed 4,400 oyster reef units, planted more than 310,000 salt marsh grasses and removed more than 100 tons of debris from Tampa Bay shorelines. In 2005, Tampa Bay Watch completed construction of the $4 million marine and education center in Tierra Verde, Florida.

as managing director and co-founder of Boston-based Lee Munder Capital Group where he helped build a premier investment management business (his areas of expertise included alternative energy development). He served previously as CFO of Transtrack, Inc., a Massachusetts communications company, and was national budget director for Michael Dukakis’s 1988 presidential campaign.
